In 1992, I began my NYC real estate journey with the purchase and of a dilapidated townhouse in the West Village. The neighborhood was rough around the edges and the building, an SRO, in frightening shape. Blue and black linoleum, 1970’s smoky glass panels through out the parlor and salmon orange halls. Fortunately the house had great bones. Taking a huge leap of faith and several years for hard work the property was returned to its full glory.

While renovating my new home and raising a family, my love for New York townhouses grew into a career.  For two decades I have worked with countless individuals and families to realize their home ownership dreams. Focusing on townhouse sales I have transacted some of the highest price sales and have sold some of the most challenging properties.

The city grew, evolving and improving its quality of life.Property values skyrocketed, New York was on fire.  In 2009, I decided to continue my real estate journey to Brooklyn which was on the cusp of exploding.

Integrating years of experience in townhouse sales, renovation and design, I began purchasing and refurbishing Brownstones and Townhouses in Brooklyn. Gradually  our wonderful workmanship, smart design and competitive pricing has translated into renovation clients who put their trust in our team.
