320 Macon Street

A brownstone on Macon Street with storefronts and a brick building with storefront on Marcus Garvey were joined together in the early part of the 20th century. The building when purchased was in grave need of renovation. Sagging stairwells and joists, water and fire damage on upper floors, crumbling cornice, this building received an entire gut renovation of all joists, roof, masonry, windows all new systems and reinforced structure. Beautifully finished rental apartments were created enhancing bricks and beams of the original structure with new rustic bamboo floors, sliding barn doors, gorgeous tile work and fantastic cooks kitchens. Light from three exposures, high ceilings and fantastic location made this building a phenomenal rental property.
